Terms for a printed part.

These terms apply when MC Supply Co prints a part for you. A written note from us can change them for a particular job. Effective November 1, 2026.

You own the model. You decide whether the part is fit for the use you have in mind. We print from the file you send. We do not design the part, and we do not certify it.

We will sign your NDA before you send files. You are responsible for having the right to send the file, and for any claim that the file or the part infringes someone else’s rights.

A new part is sampled before a quantity is printed. When you approve the sample, you approve that revision. A later order uses the same approved file. Once printing of an approved run has started, that run is not cancelled.

We do not warrant a tolerance, a load, or a certification beyond the sample you approved. PETG and PLA, as we print them, are not ESD-safe and not flame-rated. If a part from an approved revision does not match that sample, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund what you paid for that order. Our responsibility for an order stops at the amount paid for that order.
